Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine combined with routine nursing for cervical HPV infection. Methods：A total of 78 cases of patients with cervical HPV infection were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，39 cases in each group. The control group was given external application of recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsules and intervention of routine nursing， and the observation group was given oral administration of Yihuang tang and external application of Fuke Jiuwei lotion as well as intervention of routine nursing. Both groups were treated for 20 days. The clinical effect，the recurrence rates and the nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：The total effective rate was 97.44% in the observation group and 89.74% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The recurrence rate was 2.63% in the observation group and 8.57% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 97.44% in the observation group and 87.18% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Based on routine nursing， the therapy of Yihuang tang combined with Fuke Jiuwei lotion for cervical HPV infection has definite curative effect，and can improve clinical effect and nursing satisfaction，and reduce recurrence rate.
