Abstract：Based on the theory of qi transformation conducing to dispelling dampness，the treatment thought of hepatitis B cirrhosis with dampness- heat syndrome is discussed. According to different locations of hepatitis B cirrhosis at present， there are two methods for regulating qi movement so as to resolve water and dampness internally：soothing the liver and regulating qi for resolving dampness，and fortifying the spleen and circuiting qi for resolving dampness. The two methods above conduce to disease rehabilitation.
