Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Dihuang tang combimed with Sanleng Eshu for chronic renal failure in chronic kidney disease. Methods：A total of 78 cases of patients with chronic renal failure in chronic kidney disease of spleen-kidney duel deficiency of qi and yin type and with blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups，39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment， the observation group was additionally treated with Shenqi Dihuang Sanleng Eshu tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two months. The clinical effect，and the changes in serum creatinine(SCr) and estimated glomerular filtration(eGFR) before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results：The total effective rate was 89.7% in the observation group，better than that of 79.5% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of SCr in the two groups were decreased， and the levels of eGFR were increased； the changes in above two levels were better than those in the control group；differences being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Shenqi Dihuang Sanling Eshu tang has significant curative effect in treating patients with chronic kidney failure in chronic kidney disease，which is worthy of clinical application.
