Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of vitamin C and E combined with salvia injection for preeclampsia on pregnancy outcome. Methods:A total of 200 cases of preeclampsia patients who hospitalized and delivered were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine antispasmodic and antihypertensive treatment, and the observation group was additionally treated with vitamin C and E combined with salvia injection based on the treatment of the control group. The curative effect and pregnancy outcome in the two groups were compared. Results:The levels of mean arterial pressure and urinary protein in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the decreasing degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P< 0.05). The levels of blood lipid in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, the difference being significant(P<0.05),and the decreasing degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The incidences of premature delivery, neonatal asphyxia, placental abruption and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of vitamin C and E combined with salvia injection for preeclampsia can improve the pregnancy outcome.
