Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of the therapy of Zicao oil and Ostomy powder combined with detailed nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with incontinence associated dermatitis(IAD). Methods：A total of 204 IAD patients were selected as subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，102 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention，and the observation group was treated with Zicao oil and Ostomy powder combined with detailed nursing. The clinical therapeutic effect， the scores of Perineal Assessment Tool(PAT) at different time points and the healing time in the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate was 97.06% in the observation group，higher than that of 69.61% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). When compared at different time points between the two groups， the PAT scores on the first， second and third days of treatment in the two groups were decreased(P＜0.05). When compared at the same time points between the two groups， the PAT scores on the first， second and third days of treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The healing time in the observation group was less than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Zicao oil and Ostomy powder combined with detailed nursing for IAD patients，can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect and the prognosis of dermatitis symptoms as well as promote the recovery of patients.
