Abstract： Objective： To explore and analyze the effective method of quality control of the effect of multi- medicinal components of compound Jingchuan tablets. Methods： The UHPLC- ESI- QQQ- MS/MS technology was used to perform gradient elution on compound Jingchuan tablets，and the positive and negative ion multi-reaction monitoring mode was used to monitor specific ions of medicinal components，and the content of medicinal components in compound Jingchuan tablets was determined. Results：Fifteen minutes after adopting the UHPLC-ESI-QQQ-MS/MS technology to analyze the medicinal components in compound Jingchuan tablets，it was found that there was a linear relationship between peak area and mass concentration. Conclusion： The application of UHPLC- ESI- QQQ- MS/MS technology can quickly analyze the medicinal components in Jingchuan tablets，which is helpful for quality control.
