Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jiegu Qili tablets for closed fracture of limbs. Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients with closed fracture of limbs were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with manual reduction or open reduction according to different conditions of fracture， and was given external fixation or internal fixation. The observation group was additionally treated with oral administration of Jiegu Qili tablets based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four courses，15 days being one course. The clinical effect， the conditions of detumescence and analgesia as well as the repair of soft tissues， the fracture healing time and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared.Results：The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The excellent and good rate of curative effect of detumescence and analgesia was 90.00% in the observation group and 70.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The excellent and good rate of soft tissue repair was 90.00% in the observation group and63.34% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05).After treatment， the healing time of tibiofibular fracture， femoral fracture and humeral fracture in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). During treatment，there was no adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion：Jiegu Qili tablets for closed fracture of limbs has definite curative effect on detumescence and analgesia as well as repair of soft tissues of bone wounds， and can promote the healing of fracture.
