Abstract: Since the beginning of the 12th Five- Year Plan, China has issued a number of policies and programs to encourage and support the development of Chinese medicine,and the medical institutions have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. However,under such a favorable background,the stomatology department of a tertiary general hospital of Chinese medicine had a high dimission rate. Through the analysis of the reasons for the high dimission of the stomatology doctors,this paper puts forward the corresponding management measures and explores the development path of the stomatology department in Chinese medicine hospitals.
