Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with nutritional nursing on emotion and nutritional status of patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Methods: A total of 78 cases of patients with gastrointestinal tumor were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 39 cases in each group. After hospitalization, both groups were given systematic nutritional nursing, and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine emotional nursing. The changes in the levels of nutrition-related indexes and nutritional status after nursing intervention,as well as the improvement of bad mood before and after nursing intervention were compared in the two groups. Results:After nursing intervention, the levels of immunoglobulin including (Ig)A,IgM and IgG,albumin(Alb) and hemoglobin(Hb) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, nutritional status in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing intervention, compared with those before intervention, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) in the two groups were decreased, and the decrease in the observation group was more significant, the difference being significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The nursing intervention of Chinese medicine emotion and nutrition in treating patients with gastrointestinal tumor, can significantly improve poor nutritional status and bad mood of patients, and increase their quality of life.
