Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with nursing intervention for deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods:A total of 56 cases of patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,28 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with nursing intervention. The coagulation function, the planar circumference of the affected limb, the condition of vascular recanalization as well as the occurrence of complications before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results: Before treatment, when compared the levels of activated partial prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thrombin time(APTT) and D-dimer(D-D) between the two groups, there was no significance in the difference (P>0.05). After treatment, compared with those before treatment, the levels of PT and APTT in the two groups were increased, and the levels of D- D were decreased; the levels of PT and APTT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of D-D was lower than that in the control group; differences were significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, when compared the planar circumference of the affected thigh and that of the affected leg between the two groups, there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment, the planar circumference of the affected thigh and that of the affected leg in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment; the above two planar circumferences in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group;differences were significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the rate of vascular recanalization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with nursing intervention in treating deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients, shorten the planar circumference of the affected limb, improve the rate of vascular recanalization, as well as reduce the complications.
