Abstract：Objective：To study the application value of point massage combined with point application at Yongquan(KI 1) in the prevention of postoperative shivering of gynecological laparoscopic operation with general anesthesia. Methods：A total of 62 cases of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operation with general anesthesia were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures，and the observation group was additionally given point massage combined with point application at Yongquan(KI 1). The occurrence of shivering，as well as the heat rate，blood oxygen saturation，mean arterial pressure and the skin temperature of foot before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results： The occurrence rate of shivering in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After operation， the heart rate in the two groups was increased when compared with that before operation(P＜0.05)， but the change in the observation group was smaller(P＜0.05)； when compared the blood oxygen saturation and mean arterial pressure in the two groups before and after operation，there was no significance in differences (P＞0.05). After operation，the skin temperature of foot in the two groups was decreased when compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05)， but the decrease in the observation group was smaller(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The application of point massage combined with point application at Yongquan(KI 1) is conductive to preventing postoperative shivering of gynecological laparoscopic operation with general anesthesia，and promoting the recovery of temperature of foot.
