Abstract： Objective： To observe the curative effect of Jiegu Qili tablets combined with bone peptide injection for humeral fracture. Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients with humeral fracture were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group，30 cases in each group. After fixation and reduction by surgery，the control group was simply treated with bone peptide injection，and the study group was additionally treated with Jiegu Qili tablets based on the treatment of the control group. After two courses of treatment， with 15 days as a course， the clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results： The total effective rate was 90.00% in the study group， significantly higher than that of 60.00% in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of bone metabolic markers between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment， the indexes of osteocalcin， bone alkaline phosphatase and β C-terminal telopeptides of type I collagen(β-CTX) in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The healing time of all types of fractures in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Jiegu Qili tablets combined with bone peptide injection has good clinical effect in treating humeral fracture，which can promote fracture healing and improve clinical symptoms of patients.
