Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of auricular point pressing with beans, point application and analgesia pump on pain of uterine contraction in stage of labor in puerperas. Methods:A total of 102 cases of puerperas in our hospital were included as the study subjects and divided into the experiment group and the control group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each group. The experiment group was treated with auricular point pressing with beans, point application and analgesia pump, and the control group was simply given analgesia pump. The pain of uterine contraction, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared; the comfort degree of puerperas and the sedative effect, and the colostrum time and frequency of breastfeeding were assessed. Results:Two, six and twelve hours after surgery respectively, the scores of pain of uterine contraction in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of comfort degree, sedative effect and frequency of breastfeeding in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group, and the colostrum time was shorter, differences being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88% in the experiment group and 19.61% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of auricular point pressing with beans, point application and analgesia pump has significant curative effect on pain of uterine contraction in stage of labor in puerperas, and can relive pain of uterine contraction, improve comfort degree of labor and reduce adverse reactions.
