Abstract: Objective: To investigate the distribution characteristics of Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with subjective cognitive decline(SCD),so as to provide a basis for its treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Methods:The data of patients meeting the inclusion criteria were statistically analyzed, and the frequency was described as measurement data. Cluster analysis was used to analyze the normality of measurement data. Results:The deficiency syndrome dominated in SCD patients, mainly deficiency of liver, spleen and kidney; the pathological manifestations, such as qi stagnation, phlegm turbidity and blood stasis, accounted for a certain proportion. The total frequency analysis of the four diagnoses indicated that the indexes concerning deficiency syndrome was the most common in SCD patients, mainly qi deficiency, kidney deficiency, liver deficiency and spleen deficiency. According to Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, liverkidney deficiency and deficiency of spleen and kidney were the first and second categories respectively,in which liver-kidney deficiency was the most frequent clustered as the first type, followed by deficiency of spleen and kidney. Conclusion:The distribution of Chinese medicine syndromes in SCD patients has its own characteristics, and the syndromes are closely related to liver-kidney deficiency and deficiency of spleen and kidney.
