Effect of Intervention of Chinese Medicine Nursing on Quality of Life,Heart Function and Negative Emotions in Patients with Angina Pectoris in Coronary Heart Disease of Qi Deficiency with Blood Stasis Type
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of intervention of Chinese medicine nursing on quality of life, heart function and negative emotions in patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease of qi deficiency with blood stasis type. Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease of qi deficiency with blood stasis type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group. The control group was given high-quality nursing, and the observation group was additionally given intervention of Chinese medicine nursing based on the nursing of the control group. The clinical effect, clinical indexes,Chinese medicine syndrome scores, quality of life, heart function, negative emotions and compliance in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 92.73% in the observation group, higher than that of 76.36% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The frequency of angina pectoris attacks, the pain score and the duration of pain in the observation group were significantly lower and shorter than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of chest pain, chest distress, palpitation and short breath as well as hypodynamia in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before nursing, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of energy, physiology, society, emotions and mental state in the two groups were increased when compared with those before nursing, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the left ventricular end systolic diameter, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and the left atrial diameter in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before nursing, and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before nursing, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The intervention of Chinese medicine nursing has good clinical effect in treating patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease of qi deficiency with blood stasis type, which can reduce Chinese medicine symptom scores and improve their quality of life, heart function and negative emotions.
