Abstract:Objective:To observe the safety management effect of intravenous infusion with Chinese medicine injection. Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients undergoing intravenous infusion with Chinese medicine injection treated in outpatient and emergency department were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine management mode, and the observation group was treated with safety management mode. The incidence and causes of adverse reactions in the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results: After nursing, the incidence of rash, dyspnea, vomiting, chest distress, palpitation, phlebitis and limb pain in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the causes of various adverse reactions in the observation group were fewer when compared with those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Aiming at the factors of adverse reactions during the process of intravenous infusion with Chinese medicine injection, safety management can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the safety.
