Abstract：Starting from the analysis of the occurrence and performance of "nutrient aspects disease" and the occurrence of sometimes thin and sometimes fat，this paper discusses the correlation between them. It is believed that nutrient aspects disease is due to the failure of the function of the spleen and stomach to supplement each other， and the loss of normal formation and transportation of the essence of grain and water， and the appearance of the body is sometimes thin and sometimes fat.
