Abstract： Objective： To observe the curative effect of Bushen Cupai prescription combined with letrozole tablets for dysfunctional ovulatory sterility. Methods： A total of 96 cases of patients with dysfunctional ovulatory sterility of kidney deficiency with blood stasis type were selected as study subjects， and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate capsules and letrozole tablets，and the observation group was treated with Bushen Cupai prescription combined with letrozole tablets. Both groups were treated for three months. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)， luteinizing hormone(LH)，estradiol(E2) and testosterone(T) in serum，the diameters of main follicle and endometrial thickness in the two groups before and after treatment were compared；the incidence of adverse reactions was observed；the curative effect in the two groups was compared. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate was 87.50% in the observation group， higher than that of 70.83% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The levels of LH and T in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and E2 levels were increased，the difference being significant(P＜0.01). The levels of LH and T in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and E2 level of was higher， differences being significant(P＜0.01). The diameters of main follicles and endometrial thickness in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment，the difference being significant(P＜ 0.01). The diameter of main follicle and endometrial thickness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.01). Conclusion：The therapy of Bushen Cupai prescription combined with letrozole tablets for patients with dysfunctional ovulatory sterility has definite curative effect， and can effectively improve the sex hormone levels of patients，which is conducive to the endometrial thickening and follicular development，with high safety.
