Abstract: Objective: To observe the application effect of point massage combined with auricular point pressing with beans in nursing patients after operation for fracture. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients after operation for fracture were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. After operation,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally given point massage combined with auricular point pressing with beans based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were intervened for ten days. Before and after intervention, the scores of pain, Self- rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS) in the two groups were compared. The nursing satisfaction in the two groups was compared. Results: After intervention, the pain scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant (P<0.01). After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01). The total satisfaction rate was 98.33% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The nursing of point massage combined with auricular point pressing with beans for patients after operation for fracture can significantly relieve pain and negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
