Abstract: Objective: To observe the nursing effect of touching and point massage of Chinese medicine for neonatal jaundice. Methods:A total of 126 cases of newborns with jaundice were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,63 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing, and the observation group was additionally intervened with touching and point massage of Chinese medicine. The effect of intervention was compared. Results: After treatment, the total bilirubin in serum in the two groups was decreased(P<0.05), and the total bilirubin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z=2.101, P<0.05). When compared the occurrence of low fever, diarrhea and rash between the two groups, there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The intervention of touching and point massage of Chinese medicine in treating neonatal jaundice can effectively control the level of bilirubin with good safety.
