Nursing Study on Combination of Continuing Nursing and Syndrome Differentiation Nursing for Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Discharged from Hospital
Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of the combination of continuing nursing and syndrome differentiation nursing on patients with chronic heart failure discharged from hospital. Methods:Ninety patients with chronic heart failure discharged from hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected by stratified sampling method, and 45 of them were included into the single group and the remaining 45 into the combination group by randomized double-blind method. The single group was intervened with continuing nursing, and the combination group was intervened with the combination of continuing nursing and syndrome differentiation nursing. The improvement of heart function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients under the two nursing interventions were statistically and compared. Results: Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the comparison of heart function between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the indexes of heart function in both groups were improved when compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),and the ones in the combination group were better than those in the single group(P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the comparison of scores of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the quality of life was improved when compared with that before intervention(P<0.05), and the scores of quality of life in the combination group were better than those in the single group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 95.56% (43/45) in the combination group, higher than that of 82.22% (37/45) in the single group(χ 2=9.010, P=0.003). Conclusion: The combination of continuing nursing and syndrome differentiation nursing for patients with chronic heart failure discharged from hospital, can significantly improve the heart function of patients, which is conducive to the improvement of quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
