Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of lansoprazole enteric- coated capsules and domperidone combined with modified Xiaoyao granules on clinical symptoms，psychological state and quality of life of globus sensation. Methods：A total of 49 cases of patients with globus sensation who met the Rome III and IV criteria were treated with lansoprazole entericcoated capsules and domperidone combined with modified Xiaoyao granules. Before and after treatment，the improvement of clinical symptoms，psychological state and quality of life was evaluated by therapeutic evaluation，Self- rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)，Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36). Results：The total effective rate of clinical effect was 81.63%. After four-weeks treatment，the clinical symptoms of patients were improved differently. The scores of the eight dimensions in SF-36 were increased；the scores of SAS and SDS after treatment were decreased， differences being significant(P＜0.01). Conclusion：The therapy of lansoprazole enteric- coated capsules and domperidone combined with modified Xiaoyao granules for globus sensation can not only improve clinical symptoms and relieve anxiety and depression，but also improve the quality of life
