Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of musk hemorrhoids ointment combined with diosmin on wound healing after surgery of mixes hemorrhoids. Methods：A total of 98 cases of patients with mixes hemorrhoids were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，49 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with external dissection and internal ligation，and given oral administration of levofloxacin to avoid infections after surgery. The control group was additionally given oral administration of diosmin， and the observation group was additionally given external application of musk hemorrhoids ointment based on the treatment of the control group. The scores of pain and edema before and after treatment，and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. The wound healing time between the two groups were recorded. Results：The total effective rate was 95.92% in the observation group，and 81.63% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). On the 7th day after surgery， the scores of VAS and edema in the two groups were decreased when compared with those after surgery， differences being significant (P＜0.05)；the scores of VAS and edema in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， differences being significant(P＜0.05). The average wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：For patients after surgery of mixes hemorrhoids， the therapy of musk hemorrhoids ointment combined with diosmin can relieve postoperative pain and edema， and accelerate wound healing.
