Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Tongqiao Biyan capsules for allergic rhinitis. Methods：A total of 90 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method，45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray，and the observation group was additionally treated with Tongqiao Biyan capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The scores of clinical symptoms before and after medication，the clinical effect，the adverse reactions rate，the treatment satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate of clinical effect was 97.78% in the observation group and 84.44% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67% in the observation group and 24.44% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the score of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The total satisfaction was 97.78% in the observation group and 86.67% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Tongqiao Biyan capsules for allergic rhinitis can improve curative effect，clinical symptoms and treatment satisfaction，and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
