Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of rotating manipulation combined with pushing and pressing manipulation for radial neck fracture in children. Methods: A total of 86 cases of children with radial neck fracture were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method , 43 cases in each group. The control group was given percutaneous poking reduction combined with internal fixation with elastic intramedullary pin,and the observation group was given rotating manipulation combined with pushing and pressing manipulation. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The excellent and good rate was 88.37% in the observation group, and 90.70% in the control group;there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the rate between the two groups(P>0.05). In the follow- up a year after surgery,no overgrowth and ischemic necrosis of radial head, premature closure of epiphyseal plate, or other symptoms occurred in the two groups. Conclusion: In the treatment of radial neck fracture in children, the clinical effect of rotating manipulation combined with pushing and pressing manipulation is equivalent to that of the surgery. Rotating manipulation combined with pushing and pressing manipulation can relieve pain induced by the surgery.
