Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect and nursing measures of Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets for patients with glomerulonephritis. Methods：A total of 110 cases of patients with glomerulonephritis were divided into two groups according to the random number table method，55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets；the observation group was treated with Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets and then nursing intervention. Clinical symptom scores after intervention as well as the indexes of renal function and inflammation before and after intervention in the two groups were compared. Results：After intervention，the scores of clinical symptoms including lassitude of spirit and lack of strength，frequent micturition，aching pain in psoas，increased nocturia，and edema and torpid intake in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Before intervention，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of serum creatinine，plasma albumin，urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein between the two groups(P＞0.05)；after intervention，the above indexes in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention；serum creatinine，urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group，and plasma albumin was increased， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Before intervention， there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of CRP，IL-13 and TNF-α between the two groups(P＞0.05)；after intervention，the inflammatory indexes in the two groups were improved，and CRP，IL-13 and TNF-α in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The application of Shenyan Kangfu tablets and tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with nursing intervention for glomerulonephritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms，reduce the inflammatory responses，and enhance the kidney function.
