Abstract：Fu Qingzhu Nvke on Gynecology systematically discusses the emotional diseases in women，among which the discussion on the etiology， pathogenesis， clinical manifestations， treatment methods and principles as well as prescriptions and medication for emotional diseases of pregnant and postpartum women is quite characteristic. By understanding the original text，reading the literature，analyzing the treatment methods，prescriptions and medication，this paper studies the emotional diseases of pregnant and postpartum women discussed in Fu Qingzhu Nvke. It is believed that the diseases are mainly caused by anger，and the diseased viscera and bowels are mainly liver，spleen and kidney. The main treatments are soothing the liver and resolving constraint，combined with treating the spleen and kidney，it also attaches importance to regulating and qi and blood.
