Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of Bushen Tianjing Yangxue tang combined with estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules on the recovery of ovarian reserve. Methods：A total of 100 cases of patients with decreased ovarian reserve were randomly divided into two groups，50 cases in each group，The control group was given estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules， and the study group was additionally given Bushen Tianjing Yangxue tang based on the treatment of the control group，The clinical effect and the condition of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. The changes in levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)，estradiol(E2)，and luteinizing hormone(LH) were detected in the two groups before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 96.0% in the study group，and 84.0% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the level of E2 was increased(P＜0.05)；the improvement on each index above in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.0% in the study group，and 20.0% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Bushen Tianjing Yangxue tang combined with western medicine has defined curative effect in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve during pregnancy，which can effectively promote the recovery of ovarian reserve，and reduce adverse reactions of medicine.
