Abstract:Objective:To observe the nursing effect of optimized Chinese medicine nursing scheme in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in the acute stage of cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 117 cases of patients in the acute stage of cerebral infarction were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 58 and 59 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine preventive nursing, and the observation group was additionally given optimized Chinese medicine nursing scheme based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after nursing, the coagulation indexes, the whole blood viscosity, the mean blood velocity of popliteal vein and femoral vein in affected limbs at different time points, and the incidence of swelling and thrombus of the lower limbs were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the coagulation indexes in the two groups were improved when compared with those before;the levels of TT,APTT,PT and FIB in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing for 7 and 14 days, the whole blood viscosity, and the mean blood velocity of popliteal vein and femoral vein in affected limbs were improved in the two groups when compared with those before nursing, and the above three indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the incidence of swelling and thrombus in the lower limbs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients in the acute stage of cerebral infarction, optimized Chinese medicine nursing scheme can effectively improve coagulation indexes, reduce whole blood viscosity, enhance the mean blood velocity of popliteal vein and femoral vein in their affected limbs, and decrease the incidence of swelling and thrombus.
