Abstract：Objective：To evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine nursing on patients with uterine fibroids at perioperative period and their nursing satisfaction. Methods： A hundred patients with uterine fibroids were divided into Group A(odd number) and Group B(even number) according to the admission number，50 cases in each group. Group A was intervened with Chinese medicine nursing，and Group B was given routine nursing. The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results：The score of nursing satisfaction in Group A was higher than that in Group B，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). There was significant difference in the comparison of the postoperative farting time，hospital stay time and hospital expenses between Group A and Group B(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The application of Chinese medicine nursing in patients with uterine fibroids at perioperative period，is helpful to reduce postoperative farting time，hospital stay and hospital expenses，which can obtain great nursing satisfaction from patients.
