Study on Effect of Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing on Rehabilitation of Senile Patients After Interventional Operation for Arteriosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Extremity
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on the rehabilitation of senile patients after interventional operation for arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity. Methods:Ninety senile patients who had undergone interventional operation for arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity were selected as study objects, and were divided into the control group intervened with conventional nursing and the observation group intervened with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The recovery of patients after intervention was compared. Results:Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the comparison of self-evaluating symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the self-evaluating symptom scores in the two groups were decreased, and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the comparison of vascular function(P>0.05). After nursing, the vascular function in the two groups was improved, and the improvement of vascular function in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:For the elderly patients who have undergone interventional operation for arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity, adopting Chinese medicine characteristic nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect and relieve postoperative pain.
