Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of intelligent electroacupuncture combined with ziprasidone on impulsive behavior in acute schizophrenia. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was intra-muscularly injected with ziprasidone, and the observation group was additionally treated with intelligent electroacupuncture based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect in both groups was evaluated;the scores of Modified Overt Aggression Scales(MOAS) and Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP) were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 86.67% in the observation group and 53.33% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the MOAS scores in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the MOAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the PSP scores were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the PSP score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of intelligent electroacupuncture combined with ziprasidone has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with acute schizophrenia, which can improve their impulsive behavior and post-social quality of life.
