Abstract:Objective:To observe the nursing effect of pricking-cupping bloodletting method combined with moxibustion for localized neurodermatitis. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with localized neurodermatitis were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with compound triamcinolone acetonide acetate solution, and the study group was treated with pricking- cupping bloodletting method combined with moxibustion. The clinical effect, adverse reactions and symptom improvement in the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the total effective rate was 96.67% in the study group, higher than that of 78.33% in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the symptoms in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention, and the improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00% in the study group, significantly lower than that of 18.33% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of pricking- cupping bloodletting method combined with moxibustion has good effect in treating localized neurodermatitis with high safety and can effectively improve the symptoms of pruritus and skin damage.
