Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine nursing techniques intervening coronary heart disease with qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome. Methods：A total of 90 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups according to the envelope method after numbering their admission time，45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the study group was additionally intervened with Chinese medicine nursing techniques based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment，the changes in scores of health recovery and seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ) score in the two groups were observed and compared. Results： After treatment，the scores of health knowledge，health behavior，health belief and physiological recovery in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the scores of SAQ including physical limitation，anginal stability，angina attack，treatment satisfaction and illness perceptions in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The application of Chinese medicine nursing techniques for patients with coronary heart disease with qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome can effectively relieve angina pectoris，improve quality of life and promote the recovery of the disease.
