Abstract:Objective:To observe the application effect of Dishi tang in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods:A total of 240 cases of patients who underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were selected according to the random number table method and were divided into the control group and the observation group, 120 cases in each group. After extracorporeal lithotripsy, the control group was given anti-infection treatment, and the observation group was additionally treated with Dishi tang based on the treatment of the control group. Curative effect,Chinese medicine syndrome scores, the time of postoperative stone clearance, and complications were evaluated in the two groups. Results: The cure rate was 96.67% (116/120) in the observation group, significantly higher than that of 78.33% (94/120) in the control group, the difference being significant(χ 2=18.44,P=0.00). The time of postoperative stone clearance was [4.55(3.57,6.92)] days in the observation group, shorter than that of [7.41(5.82, 9.35)] days in the control group, the difference being significant(Z= 15.51, P=0.00). After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate was 1.67% (2/120) in the observation group, significantly lower than that of 7.50%(9/120) in the control group, the difference being significant(χ 2=4.67,P=0.03). Conclusion:For patients with ureteral calculi who underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, the application of Dishi tang can enhance the effect of stone removal, quicken the process with few complications.
