Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Huayu method for endometriosis of cold congealing and blood stasis type. Methods：A total of 116 cases of patients with endometriosis of cold congealing and blood stasis type were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method ， 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with gestrinone capsules，and the observation group was additionally treated with Wenyang Huayu method. The clinical effect after treatment in the two groups was analyzed. Results：The total effective rate was 93.10% in the observation group， higher than that of 79.31% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the positive rates of endometrial antibody(EMAB) and angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) as well as lipid-associated sialic acid (LSA)， epithelial neutrophil- activating peptide- 78(ENA- 78)， basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)， follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and estradiol 2(E2) in serum was increased(P＜0.05)；the positive rates of EMAB and Ang-2 as well as LSA，ENA-78，bFGF，FSH and LH in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05)， and E2 was higher(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Wenyang Huayu method for endometriosis of cold congealing and blood stasis type can improve the serum hormone levels，reduce the positive rates of EMAB and Ang-2，and improve the curative effect.
