Clinical Study on Comprehensive Therapy of Chinese Medicine Combined with Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine combined with nursing based on syndrome differentiation for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:A total of 105 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 52 and 53 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given the oral administration of Fuyan Kangfu capsules, and the observation group was additionally given comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine combined with nursing based on syndrome differentiation based on the treatment of the control group. Levels of inflammatory factors and immune factors as well as improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment was compared in the two groups. Results: Before treatment, when compared immunoglobulin G(IgG), CD3 + , and CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups, there was no significance being found in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment,IgG in the two groups was decreased when compared with that before treatment, and IgG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);CD3+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the two indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the proportion of uterus tenderness, lower abdominal pain, adnexal tenderness, and increased vaginal discharge in the two groups was decreased when compared with that before treatment; the proportion above in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the cure rate was higher;differences were significant(P< 0.05). Before treatment, when compared levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) between the two groups, there was no significance being found in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment, levels of IL- 1, IL- 6, and TNF- α in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);levels of IL-2 in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, the therapy of comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine combined with nursing based on syndrome differentiation can effectively improve levels of inflammatory factors and immune factors, relieve clinical symptoms, and increase clinical cure rate.
