Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of court bonesetting method predominated in the clinical treatment of pain caused by knee osteoarthritis. Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis who were diagnosed and treated from March, 2015 to December, 2019 were selected as the observation subjects. The observation subjects were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method group,40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with court bonesetting method combined with external washing with Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium aerosol at the pain spots and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) was used to score the pain before and after treatment in the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. The clinical effect was counted. The safety was evaluated. Results:The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group, and 85.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P< 0.05). The improvement of pain caused by knee osteoarthritis in the observation group was better than that in the control group. There was significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the time window(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: The treatment methods applied by the two groups were both effective in treating pain caused by knee osteoarthritis. The therapy of court bonesetting method combined with external washing with Chinese medicine has better curative effect than the therapy of diclofenac sodium aerosol at the pain spots and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.
