Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Huayu Jiedu Jianpi tang combined with Weifuchun pills for gastric precancerous lesion and its effect on the expression of gastrin(GAS) and somatostatin(SST) in serum. Methods：A total of 82 cases of patients with gastric precancerous lesion were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，41 cases in each group. The control group was given Weifuchun pills，and the observation group was additionally given Huayu Jiedu Jianpi tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment，the changes in the scores of main symptoms， pathological scores of gastric mucosa，and levels of GAS and SST in serum were analyzed. Results：The total effective rate was 92.68% in the observation group， higher than that of 70.73% in the control group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment，when compared scores of the stomach duct pain，distention and fullness of the stomach duct， torpid intake， and burning sensation of the stomach duct between the two groups， there was no significance in the difference(P＞0.05). After treatment， in the two groups， scores of the stomach duct pain， distention and fullness of the stomach duct，torpid intake，and burning sensation of the stomach duct were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the four scores above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there were no significant differences being found in the comparison of scores of intestinal epithelial metaplasia and dysplasia between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment， scores of intestinal epithelial metaplasia and dysplasia in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there were no significant differences being found in the comparison of levels of GAS and SST in serum between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，in the two groups，GAS levels in serum were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and SST levels were increased；GAS level in serum in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05)，and SST level was higher(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Huayu Jiedu Jianpi tang has better clinical effect in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesion， which can relieve symptoms， reduce the incidence of intestinal epithelial metaplasia and dysplasia， decrease GAS expression，and increase SST expression.
