Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing combined with emotional nursing of Chinese medicine on senile patients with femoral neck fracture who received surgery. Methods：A total of 98 cases of senile patients with femoral neck fracture who received surgery were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing in perioperative period，and the observation group was given comfortable nursing combined with emotional nursing of Chinese medicine in perioperative period. Both groups were treated for four months. The discomfort rate of nursing was compared between the two groups. After nursing，Harris Hip Score was applied to evaluating the change in function of the hip joint in the two groups. Results： After nursing， the rates of light discomfort and severe discomfort were 81.63% and 0 in the observation group respectively，and 53.06% and 20.41% in the control group respectively，differences being significant(P＜0.05). After onemonth， two- month， and four- month nursing， the score of function of the hip joint in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：For senile patients with femoral neck fracture in perioperative period，comfortable nursing combined with emotional nursing of Chinese medicine can effectively improve nursing comfort and promote recovery of the joint function.
