Curative Effect of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang Combined with Pelvic Floor Reconstructive Surgery for Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Its Effect on Pelvic Ultrasound
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with pelvic floor reconstructive surgery for pelvic floor dysfunction and its effect on pelvic ultrasound in patients. Methods:A total of 77 cases of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method, 39 and 38 cases in each group respectively. Both groups were treated with vaginal hysterectomy combined with anterior and posterior vaginal wall repairs. After surgery, the control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was additionally treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two months. The Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment, pelvic ultrasonography was performed; the posterior vesicourethral angles and urethral rotation angles during resting state and Valsalva manoeuvre as well as the bladder neck mobility in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The clinical effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the bladder neck mobility in the study group was significantly smaller than that in the control group;the posterior vesicourethral angle and urethral rotation angle during the resting state and Valsalva manoeuvre in the study group were significantly bigger than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of modified Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with pelvic floor reconstructive surgery for pelvic floor dysfunction can effectively improve the prolapse in patients and the clinical effect.
