Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Shenfu injection combined with dexmedetomidine on the prevention of chills after general anesthesia. Methods: A total of 140 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 70 patients in each group. The anesthesia mode and intraoperative nursing were the same in the two groups. Before the end of operation, the control group was given intravenously dexmedetomidine, and the observation group was intravenously given Shenfu injection and dexmedetomidine. After extubation, the incidence of chills, sedative effect, postoperative recovery and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group,in the observation group, the number of chills Wrench grade- 0 was higher(P<0.05),while the number of grade was lower(P<0.05). Compared with the same group before operation respectively, the score of Ramsay sedation after operation was increased in both groups(P< 0.05). Compared with the control group, the score of Ramsay sedation after operation was increased in the observation group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the comparison of eye opening time, extubation time and recovery time of spontaneous breathing after operation between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Shenfu injection combined with dexmedetomidine has better clinical effect and safety than dexmedetomidine alone in preventing chills after general anesthesia.
