Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bloodletting at Jing points along three yang meridian of the foot on migraine. Methods:A total of 70 patients with migraine who met the inclusion criteria were selected as study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the digital parity method, 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine acupuncture,and the study group was additionally given bloodletting at Jing points along three yang meridian of the foot on migraine for treatment. The score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) on pain, comprehensive score of migraine and clinical effect were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results:Before and after treatment,there were significant differences being found in the comparison of VAS score and comprehensive score of migraine between the two groups(P<0.01). After treatment,the VAS score and comprehensive score of migraine in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.01). The total effective rate of clinical effect was 91.43% in the study group and 80.00% in the control group, the difference being not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the simple routine acupuncture, the additional application of bloodletting at Jing points along three yang meridian of the foot on migraine is better in analgesia.
