Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of point application assisting modified Shugan Jieyu capsules and Huanglian Ejiao tang for coronary heart disease angina complicated with depression of non-interaction between the heart and kidney type. Methods:A total of 62 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina complicated with depression were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 31 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment for coronary heart disease; the control group was additionally given modified treatment of Shugan Jieyu capsules and Huanglian Ejiao tang, and the observation group was additionally treated with point application based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment, the scores of HAMD- 17, SDS, SCL- 90 and BDI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of point application assisting modified Shugan Jieyu capsules and Huanglian Ejiao tang has better clinical effect in treating coronary heart disease angina complicated with depression of non-interaction between the heart and kidney type, which can improve the depressive symptoms of patients.
