Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of prescription for diabetic foot combined with comprehensive nursing for diabetic foot at early stage. Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients with diabetic foot at early stage were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group. The control group was given warm-water foot bath combined with routine nursing for intervention. The observation group was given the oral administration of prescription for diabetic foot,warm-water foot bath, and comprehensive nursing. Before and after treatment, the changes in the related indexes of the foot function and blood glucose level were compared in the two groups. Quality of nursing and the total clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 91.84% in the observation group and 73.47% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of diabetic foot neuropathy screening in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);ankle- brachial index and inner diameter of arterial vessel were enlarged when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05); the improvement of each index above in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FBG and PBG in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05); the two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of compliance behaviors, diet control, living habits, and other scores of quality of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of prescription for diabetic foot combined with comprehensive nursing can promote treatment compliance of patients, and improve blood glucose level, the foot function, and the clinical effect.
