Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of intervention of Chinese medicine nursing on psychological state and rehabilitation of children with bronchial asthma at remission stage. Methods:A total of 120 children with bronchial asthma at remission stage admitted to our hospital were selected by stratified sampling, and were divided into the control group and the observation group by equal double- blind division, 60 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with normal nursing, and the observation group was additionally intervened with Chinese medicine nursing based on the intervention of the control group. The total effective rate was calculated and compared between the two groups. Before and after nursing, the scores of Self- rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self- rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (AQLQ),and levels of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF) and forced vital capacity(FVC) were calculated. Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of SAS,SDS and AQLQ in the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS, SDS and AQLQ in the two groups were improved when compared with those before nursing;the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the AQLQ score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF(P>0.05). After nursing, the lung function in the two groups was improved, and the above three levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of intervention of Chinese medicine nursing on children with bronchial asthma at remission stage is obvious, which can improve their psychological state and promote the recovery of their lung function.
