Effect Analysis of Auricular Point Pressing with Beans and Point Massage Combined with Nursing Measures of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Intervening Liver Trans⁃ plantation in Perioperative Period
Objective: To observe the effect of auricular point pressing with beans and point massage combined with nursing measures of enhanced recovery after surgery intervening liver transplantation in perioperative period. Methods: A total of 60 cases of patients with liver transplantation were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was guided by enhanced recovery after surgery, and given comprehensive nursing measures in perioperative period of modern medicine. The observation group was additionally treated with auricular point pressing with beans and point massage based on the treatment of the control group. The course of treatment in the two groups lasted until 14 days after surgery. Before and after intervention, sleep status was evaluated by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),fatigue degree was assessed by Fatigue Symptom Inventory(FSI). After intervention, quality of life was evaluated by post- Liver Transplant Quality of Life(pLTQ) questionnaire. The nursing satisfaction was assessed when discharge. Results:After intervention, the total PSQI scores and each factor score in FSI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention(P<0.01), and the above scores in the observation group were all fewer than those in the control group(P<0.01). The total score of pLTQ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:During perioperative period, the intervention of auricular point pressing with beans and point massage combined with nursing measures of enhanced recovery after surgery for patients with liver transplantation can effectively relieve fatigue, and improve sleep quality, quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which is conducive to rehabilitation.
