Clinical Study on Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Tang for Clopidogrel Resistance After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Coronary Heart Disease with Severe Blood Stasis Syndrome
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu tang for clopidogrel resistance after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for coronary heart disease with severe blood stasis syndrome. Methods:A total of 410 cases of patients with clopidogrel resistance after PCI for coronary heart disease with severe blood stasis syndrome were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,205 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel, and the study group was additionally treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks. Chinese medicine syndrome scores, platelet inhibition rates and residual platelet fibrin clot strength before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95.61% in the study group, higher than that of 85.85% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores, platelet inhibition rates and residual platelet fibrin clot strength between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome score and residual platelet fibrin clot strength in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the platelet inhibition rate was higher, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of modified Xuefu Zhuyu tang has good curative effect in treating patients with clopidogrel resistance after PCI for coronary heart disease with severe blood stasis syndrome, which can improve their clinical symptoms and platelet inhibition rate, and reduce clopidogrel resistance.
