Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of local application with Sihuang powder for phlebitis after superficial vein detaining needle. Methods:A total of 100 cases of pregnant women with infusion phlebitis after superficial vein detaining needle were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given wet compressing with 50% magnesium sulfate, and the observation group was given local application with Sihuang powder. The clinical effect, satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 98.00% in the observation group, higher than that of 82.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate was 96.00% in the observation group, higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.00% in the observation group, lower than that of 26.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The local application with Sihuang powder for infusion phlebitis after superficial vein detaining needle can improve the clinical effect and satisfaction of pregnant women, with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
