Abstract:Objective:To observe the nursing effect of Qingre Qushi Zhentong prescription combined with TDP irradiation for gouty arthritis of dampness- heat accumulation type. Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with gouty arthritis of dampness-heat accumulation type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given the oral administration of celecoxib capsules,and the observation group was given Qingre Qushi Zhentong prescription combined with TDP irradiation. Both groups were treated for one course of seven days. Clinical symptoms and signs,laboratory monitoring index,adverse reactions,and curative effect were observed in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 97.5% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 80.0% in the control group, the difference being significant(χ2=4.507 0, P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of syndrome score before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05). In the two groups,syndrome scores after intervention were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before intervention,when compared uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and C- reactive protein between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After intervention,uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and C-reactive protein in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the three indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups showed significance in the difference(χ2=4.020 5,P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Qingre Qushi Zhentong prescription combined with TDP irradiation has a good curative effect in the treatment of gouty arthritis of dampness-heat accumulation type.
